Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs and a minimum order value of £30 will apply. Shipping will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to get all orders delivered within 48 hrs. Please be aware that we have been experiencing longer-than-ideal delivery for various carriers which are sadly beyond our control.
Are W’ZIS treats suitable for puppies?
We recommend that puppies are 4 months old before you introduce them to W’ZIS.
Why plant based, aren’t dogs carnivores?
Dog’s are omnivores and even Wolves are known to eat vegetation in the wild. More importantly, we make treats, W’ZIS is not a dietary replacement. Plant based offers a healthy, low fat, sugar free treating alternative. Reducing meat consumption within the treating space feels like a responsible, planet and animal friendly no-brainer to us.
What are your treats made from?
The primary ingredient of our treats and chews is sweet potato flour. Sweet potato flour is a more costly ingredient that helps us deliver healthier outcomes than cheaper alternatives. please see our individual product pages for ingredients and nutritional values.
