Shipping policy

 

Shipping - UK.

UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail 2nd Class unless either Royal Mail 1st Class or DPD Next Day option has been selected. Royal Mail parcels can take up to 7 working days to arrive (sorry).  

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched. 

We try to ship all orders the same day if the order has been placed before 1 pm. 

EU Delivery 

We are still shipping many of our EU customers. Since January 1st 2021 life has become more difficult (sorry) but we are now confident that we have found a solution where you will receive your order and not have to pay any more taxes. All orders are tracked.

International Delivery 

We are gutted that we have had to turn off shipping deliver to the United States, Canada and Australia due to customs restrictions. We are working on finding a solution that will result in the safe transit of your treats and hope to deliver to you soon.
